Previously known as Abelson Info, the provider will now be known as Abelson Sports, with its odds, tech and data divisions unified under a single brand. The business will continue to be led by founder and CEO, Ed Abelson, as confirmed in a statement issued today (10 February).
This restructure, Abelson said, will streamline its operational efficiency and service offering to support expansion in key markets such as the US and Latin America. Founded in 2003, the provider counts Entain, Flutter Entertainment and Kaizen Gaming among its partners.
“This rebrand represents an exciting new chapter for the company, one that allows us to better serve our partners and enhance our market position,” Abelson said.
“By bringing our odds, tech and data expertise together under one unified brand, we are creating a more streamlined and efficient structure that simplifies our proposition and makes us more agile in responding to industry demands.
New-look leadership team at Abelson
Abelson will have support from a new-look leadership team, including Jeevan Jeyaratnam as chief betting officer. Jeyaratnam previously served as chief operating officer of the Abelson Odds division and will continue to oversee its odds and pricing solutions.
Also on the leadership team is Simon Temple, who will continue as chief operating officer. He will oversee service delivery across all departments.
“Our new identity as Abelson Sports ensures that we remain a trusted provider for tier one operators worldwide,” Abelson said.
“With our strengthened leadership team and clear focus, we are in the best position to scale efficiently, develop new innovations and continue delivering the highest-quality services.”
