Under the deal, Gaming Realms will provide its range of online gambling content to Bet365. The provider’s portfolio includes Slingo Lobstermania, Deal or No Deal Slingo and Slingo Rainbow Riches.

Bet365 is licensed in a number of major markets including the UK, Australia, Germany, Spain and Sweden. It also holds permits in US states including New Jersey, Colorado, Ohio, Iowa, Virginia and, since last month, Arizona.

“Partnering with a recognisable and well-established operator like Bet365 encompasses our ambitions and goals of being a market-leading provider around the world,” Gaming Realms’ director of partnerships Mouhcine Jalili said.

“Our distinct, high-quality games provide operators with unique content that has a proven track record in diversifying and entertaining the player-base while adding cross-sell advantages.”

A Bet365 spokesperson added: “Gaming Realms’ Slingo titles have accumulated a vast audience of players through the use of their recognisable IP.

“We’re excited to be offering these games and bringing them a new type of entertainment embodied in the Slingo content.”

Gaming Realms eyes growth in North America

The deal comes after Gaming Realms earlier this year mapped out plans to pursue further growth in North America. Success in the market drove a year-on-year increase in revenue, earnings and net profit in 2022 financial year.

North America remained its largest territory for content licensing, with revenue rising by 112.0% year-on-year in the region. The developer said further regulation of igaming in other states will help drive further growth over the next two years.

Gaming Realms also expanded its European business with launches in Belgium, Denmark and Spain in FY22.
