Brady brings over 23 years’ experience in the online gambling sector to Conexus. He currently serves as chief executive of igaming brand services business Eyas Gaming and as chairman of Newcastle-based Bede Gaming.
The University of Birmingham graduate joined Cashcade Ltd in 2000 as one of its first employees. Cashcade is notably the owner of a portfolio of bingo and casino brands including Foxy Bingo.

After this experience Brady went on to found several gambling stat-ups including Business Betting, Gamblemob and Calzonazos.
Following a spell as the Bwin bingo commercial director, Brady was a founder of Bede Gaming and played an important roll in the sale of the business to Gauselmann Group in 2020.

The Conexus Group comprises several well-known igaming services such as recruitment firm Pentasia, M&A advisors Partis and digital marketers InclineBet.
Also under its umbrella is executive head-hunting business Marden executive and technical staff specialists Cohort Teams. Conexus also has a separate division concentrating on the PayTech sector.
