A look at live platforms
Tennessee was the first state to offer online sports wagering only with no retail locations. Since then, lawmakers in Vermont and Wyoming have legalised digital betting only with no brick-and-mortar sportsbooks.
There are 11 platforms live in Tennessee. Among them are national brands Caesars, Bally Bet, FanDuel, DraftKings, Fanatics, ESPN Bet, BetMGM and Hard Rock Bet. Betly, ZenSports and Tennesee Action 24/7 also operate in the state.
