oyd Gaming announced Tuesday that it will host 4 COVID-19 vaccination sites at its properties across the Las Vegas Valley later in August.
In alliance with the state of Nevada and Immunize Nevada, the company will host inoculation sites at Cannery Casino Hotel on Friday August 20, and Fremont Hotel and Casino on Friday August 27, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day.
Vaccination is 100% free of charge at both sites, and open to all Nevada residents ages 12 and up. Appointments are not required. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson’s vaccines will be available for administration.
Everyone receiving a COVID-19 vaccine at Cannery or Fremont will receive a free gift, courtesy of Boyd Gaming.
Those who have already received their first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine are welcome to receive their second dose at both vaccination sites. Those receiving a second dose should bring the CDC vaccination card given to them after their first dose. COVID-19 tests will not be provided at either site.

Separately, local residents can receive a free COVID-19 vaccination at the NV Energy Senior Energy Assistance Expo at The Orleans Hotel and Casino on Tuesday, August 24, and at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa on Thursday, August 26 between 8 a.m. and noon each day.
