auren Bates’ 15-year career at Konami Gaming has evidenced unmistakable expertise in forging meaningful business partnerships in some of the world’s most competitive casino markets. In addition to her senior leadership position at Konami, Bates is on the Board of Directors for Global Gaming Women and is currently serving as the organization’s Vice President and Mentorship Committee Co-Chair.
