aming Laboratories International (GLI) announced Monday the appointment of Valter Delfraro Júnior as Government Relations and Business Development Executive for its Latin America & Caribbean Team, thus expanding its Brazilian presence.
Being the new Government Relations and Business Development Executive based in Brazil, Delfaro’s new role will be supporting the industry with their certification and consultancy needs while they explore new opportunities in the country as well as internationally. Brazil will be his primary region of focus, while helping additional countries throughout the region with his expertise.
“He will also be a valuable resource to government entities in their path to analyzing the expansion of gaming verticals and its correspondent regulation to guarantee transparency, integrity and fairness of the industry for the benefit of Brazilian citizens”, GLI said in a statement.

Delfraro is a Brazilian native, currently based in Sao Paulo. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and native Brazilian Portuguese. His experience includes leading teams of programmers, designers, engineers, and other team members to work on new business development. Among several other duties, he was also responsible for the approval process of gaming software in regulatory bodies in the USA, Latin America, and Spain. His career also includes a manager position at a cloud-based data management company, where he was responsible for the development of systems, support, and production teams.
GLI VP of Latin America & Caribbean Karen Sierra-Hughes spoke in a press release about Delfaro’s appointment and said: “I am so pleased to have Valter joining our LatAm & Caribbean team.
