iTech Labs, an Australia-based global testing and certification laboratory for online gaming systems, has confirmed its participation in upcoming regional events in Latin America, most notably the Brazilian iGaming Summit, set to be held December 1-2 in São Paulo, as the company invests to expand in the LatAm market.
Several months ago, iTech Labs appointed gaming sales expert, Karina Moral, as Business Development manager for LatAm. As a global test lab for online gaming products, iTech Labs, like much of the iGaming industry lately, has identified the LatAm iGaming market as one of “immense growth potential.” “As such, extra attention has been given to ensure that iTech Labs is prepared to assist customers in expanding into this exciting market,” the company stated in a press release.
Speaking fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English, Moral has been networking with various stakeholders across North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, with a particular focus on iGaming in LatAm. She is currently based in São Paulo.
While only a select number of LATAM jurisdictions have regulated online gambling so far, iTech Labs said it has ensured its capacity to provide certification services for online gaming products for the already regulated jurisdictions, as well as taking steps to prepare for soon-to-be regulated markets.
Currently, iTech Labs can certify online gaming products for Buenos Aires Province, Buenos Aires City, Colombia, Panama and Antigua and Barbuda, in the Caribbean. In addition, there are also countries like Brazil that are in the process of regulating online gaming, and iTech Labs announced it is taking steps to prepare for these impending developments.
Karina Moral will be representing iTech Labs at the upcoming Brazilian iGaming Summit in São Paulo, on the 1st and 2nd of December.
