In its most recent large-scale customer feedback survey, iGaming testing laboratory iTech Labs scored an average of over 9 out of 10 in the areas of ‘quality of service’, ‘technical expertise’ and ‘ability to meet deadlines’.
The survey was conducted on a mix of both long-term and new customers of iTech Labs, and included companies of all sizes, including some of the leaders in the industry. Customers were asked how iTech Labs scored in four main areas: Quality of Service, Technical Expertise, Ability to Meet Deadlines, and Pricing. In the first three areas, iTech Labs scored an average of over 9 out of 10; and for pricing, it scored an average of over 8 out of 10.
One of iTech Labs’ many loyal customers also provided the following written statement about her experience with iTech labs in 2021, according to a press release: “A fantastic organisation! Great technical expertise from the beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend (their) service unreservedly!”
The Australia-based company further stated that these scores are “congruent with the type of everyday feedback that iTech Labs staff receive from customers as well, so while the positive feedback was not surprising, it was greatly welcomed and appreciated by the test lab.”
