The International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) on Wednesday announced the election of Bill Miller, President and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA); Michael Soll, president of The Innovation Group; and Daron Dorsey, executive director of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), to its governing board.
The ICRG Board of Directors also elected three additional new members at its January 2022 meeting: Steven B. Crystal, chairman of the board and president of Automated Cashless Systems, Inc.; Barry Finestone, president and CEO of the Jim Joseph Foundation; and Scott Seligman, a real estate investor and businessman.

Miller has served as president and chief executive officer of AGA, the trade association for the casino gaming industry, since January 2019. He has more than three decades of experience on Capitol Hill and representing business interests in Washington, DC.
Soll has spent the last three decades serving the gaming and hospitality industries with senior roles in development, strategic planning and investment banking and as an industry advisor. He began his career with The Innovation Group in 1992 and has come full circle, bringing back hands-on industry experience.
Dorsey started as executive director of AGEM in March 2022. Previously, he served as senior vice president, general counsel & group compliance officer for Ainsworth Game Technology. Dorsey also served as general counsel for William Hill US.
The ICRG supports scientific research on gambling disorder and responsible gaming. It is supported by gambling operators and related manufacturers and businesses.
