Sports technology company Sportradar is launching an exchange to further engage bookmakers in anti-match fixing efforts, the Switzerland-headquartered business announced on Wednesday. The firm’s Sportradar Integrity Services unit is launching Sportradar Integrity Exchange, a network that enables sportsbooks to report suspicious betting activity.
The launch of this new exchange is described by Sportradar as “the next step in the company’s efforts to safeguard global sport.” It allows bookmakers to have an increasingly active role in the fight against match-fixing and to help initiative integrity investigations globally, a press release explains.
“We’re inviting bookmakers to strengthen their contribution to the anti-match-fixing fight,” said Sportradar Integrity Services Managing Director Andreas Krannich. “The Sportradar Integrity Exchange is a key part of our integrity vision to tackle match-fixing and follows the Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS) bet monitoring system for sports organizations that we made free of charge last year.”
The Integrity Exchange is provided at no cost and marks Sportradar’s first official integrity initiative with bookmakers. It enhances their understanding of the global match-fixing landscape, and provides them with a two-way channel to exchange information and raise integrity-related concerns with a team of integrity experts.

The exchange also provides bookies exclusive data-driven intelligence about the global match-fixing situation, as well as monthly and quarterly reports featuring insights and analysis. There’s also an annual report, featuring global match-fixing trends, regional and market breakdowns, sports being manipulated and competition types most at risk.
Lastly, the network provides bookmakers an onboarding session with a dedicated integrity expert and access to online education tools, like webinars covering three topics: anti-match fixing, match-fixing theory, and social media integrity.
“It means that we can address corruption from different aspects of the industry,” added Krannich. “It’s the flip side of the same coin and is the next step in our strategy to fight the growing match-fixing problem.”
Sportradar currently supplies sports integrity solutions to more than 150 sports federations, leagues, law enforcement and state authorities. A heavyweight in the sports integrity industry, the company has identified more than 6,600 suspicious matches over the past 17 years.
Sportradar Integrity Services is formed by an international team of qualified integrity experts who deliver analysis on irregular betting patterns with any suspicious matches subsequently reported to partners, thus providing visibility into the global match-fixing landscape.
The unit shared its “Betting Corruption and Match-Fixing in 2021” report last month, which detected a record number of suspicious matches as the amount of money bet on sports reached record highs last year. It found 903 suspicious matches across global sports, resulting in 65 sanctions being delivered that were supported by the company’s evidence.
Sportradar launched its Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS) in October last year. Supported by major sports organizations, including the International Olympic Committee, it presented an evolved form of its bet monitoring service – the Fraud Detection System (FDS). The UFDS is funded by Sportradar and offered free of charge to any sports federation or league worldwide.
