Sportsbook and casino platform provider Digitain announced that it has won the Sports Betting Platform of the Year Award at the recent International Gaming Awards ceremony for the second consecutive year. The event took place in London on April 11.

Simon Westbury, Digitain’s Chief Business Officer, commented on receiving the award and said: “We are extremely pleased and honored to have been recognized by IGA in such an important and competitive category. To receive the Sports Betting Platform of the Year award is a wonderful recognition of the hard work and innovation delivered by our fantastic teams in Yerevan.

“We thank them for their continued creativity and enthusiasm, as well as IGA for this amazing award. We will use this award to inspire us to continue to deliver the very best products to our partners,” the executive concluded.

The International Gaming Awards (IGA) is one of the longest established and most prestigious industry awards, and aims to recognize excellence in performance for suppliers and operators across all spheres of the betting and gaming industry.

Digitain has recently participated in this year’s edition of ICE London, which returned as an in-person event last month following a two-year pandemic gap. The company launched its new Live Casino division at the event.

Yogonet had the opportunity to speak with two of Digitain’s executives following the event: Chief Business Officer Simon Westbury; and Matthew Charlesworth, Managing Director of Digitain Live. Both shared a very positive assessment of the company’s presence at the expo.
