Sports betting and gaming consultancy SCCG Management has announced a partnership with Play Globally, a Vista California-based company that creates games and sports “that challenge the confines of convention.” The news was confirmed by Stephen Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG, and it adds to the consultancy’s presence in fantasy and social sports content.
Stephen Dunham, President and CEO of Play Globally, describes the company as having made numerous important strides over the last few months in the free-to-play gaming space, particularly the release of their LuckyFans prototype, which uses live, in-play sports data to determine the outcome of a poker game.
According to Dunham, the LuckyFans prototype is working well on Android and iOS smartphones and recently added a LuckyFans Private League Function into the game, enabling individuals, businesses, casinos and Play Globally partners to create their own personalized and private leader board competitions.
A press release describes Play Globally as a team of pioneering innovators, programmers, artists, and field specialists dedicated “to the art of having fun.” The company creates games and sports “to connect, motivate and inspire fans and athletes of all ages” through a common love of sports, racing and rodeo.
Last week, SCCG Management announced the appointment of Matt Di Giorgio as Director of Talent Recruitment to lead the firm’s practice in the category of Gaming Talent Recruitment.
