Representatives for iGaming testing and certification firm iTech Labs deemed the company’s attendance at the iGB Live! trade event, which took place at the RAI Amsterdam between the 5th and the 8th of July, a “great success” in terms of meeting with new iGaming companies, as well as in providing a place to meet face-to-face with many existing customers.
The trade show set a new attendance record, attracting a record of 5,022 industry professionals. The figure represents a 7% uplift on the previous best of 4,694 set in 2019 and a 31% uplift on 2021 when iGB Live! was the first major in-person gaming event to open post-Covid. iTech Labs has now exhibited there for the second year in a row.
Before iGB Live in Amsterdam, LATAM Business Development Manager, Karina Moral attended both the SiGMA Americas event in Ontario, as well as the BIS event in Sao Paulo. According to the company, at these local events, Moral was able to “strengthen industry connections with a variety of stakeholders, particularly in the booming LATAM and Ontario markets.”

Marketing & Operations Manager at iTech Labs, Elise Cray, said: “The ability to meet face-to-face with our customers is extremely valuable for ongoing, trust-based business relationships. Not only from our perspective as a service provider, but also (especially) from our clients’ perspectives.”
“Meeting clients in person at events allows iTech Labs and our customers to continue building trust through real-time communication, uninterrupted attention to shared goals, and an increased brand presence,” Cray added.
