GAT Showcase Bogotá will open its doors today at 2 p.m. (local time) at the Sheraton Hotel located in the Colombian capital, thus starting a one-day fair that will seek to “unite and strengthen the gaming industry in Latin America”.
“Lighting and sound are prepared, slots and roulettes are tested and each software of the online gaming platforms is verified because today organizers, prominent figures, authorities, and international guests will participate in the brief opening ceremony and ribbon cutting that will give start to GAT Showcase”, the organizers of the event pointed out.
In a press release, they explained that this is the second time that the event is held in Bogota and highlighted that “with the innovative format of ‘turnkey’ stands”, produced by City Group Arquitectura, “the number of visitors from the previous year will multiply exponentially, interested in the latest trends for land-based equipment and online betting, sports betting and last generation games that will be exhibited during the day”.
Gaming & Technology Expo, organizer of the event, noted that the brands that will be exhibiting are: Novomatic Latam, Merkur Gaming, EGT, Win Systems, IGT, BetConstruct, Pragmatic Play, Interblock, GLI, Altenar B2B, Alfastreet, Aruze, Aristocrat, Mobadoo, JVL, Betplay, Metamap, America Simulcast, Cockpit Gaming.
They added that “Copag, Trebol Carpet, RCFC Legal, RPCol, Radio Marcas, Revista el Congreso and Sadekya, an igaming consultant from Curaçao, will offer their products and services”.

The organizers also highlighted the adaptation of the eSports Betting Bar Zone, “a special area assigned to the networking of the event, which will promote betting on electronic sports, a game modality that is bursting with great strength among gamers around the world”.
In this regard, CEO of Gaming & Technology Expo, José Aníbal Aguirre, commented: “I thank Coljuegos and the National Gaming Council (CNJSA) for their support on behalf of the Colombian Government.
