Regulators from 38 states and 10 countries will gather this week at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas as Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) stages its Regulators Roundtable 2023.
This year’s event, themed “Preparing for the Future in 2023,” has attracted the largest registration ever, with more than 400 regulators expected to attend from across North America and from as far away as the Philippines, South Africa and Ukraine.
GLI President & CEO James Maida commented: “Unlike any other lab, at GLI, we can help you see what’s coming next, and how to prepare regulation for the next evolution of gaming, and that’s what Roundtable 2023 is all about – discovering what’s next and preparing for the future today.”
Roundtable 2023 attendees will hear from a mix of keynote speakers from around the world, panelists and breakout sessions speakers who are leaders in their fields of expertise.
Technologist, futurist, humanist, author and consultant, Scott Klososky will open the Roundtable with an informative address about the convergence of digital opportunities and risks.
Other topics presented on the main stage include Preparing for the Now, Next and Beyond; The Convergence of AI in Gaming; Launching a New Market; iGaming and iLottery; and Next-gen Casino Management Systems.
Breakout sessions cover topics such as InfoSec Heavyweights; Software Signatures; Navigating the Future of eSports; Sports Wagering Platform Partnerships; Mobile Expansion on Tribal Lands; and Regulated Gaming and the Cloud.
In addition to the conference sessions, attendees will enjoy an Innovation Tech Hub, featuring hands-on demonstration of next-generation technologies. Companies scheduled to appear include Amazon Web Services, GaudHammer Gaming Group, Kinectify, Kobetron, UNLV’s Center for Gaming Innovation, and more.
