Hamest Safaryan, Sales Team Manager at Digitain, announced that the company will attend the upcoming SAGSE Latam 2023 event, to take place on April 19-20 at the Hilton Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, the executive highlighted the importance of this show for the gaming sector and shared the company’s expectations for the event as well as insights into the firm’s plans for the remainder of the year.

As the company takes part in the upcoming SAGSE Latam edition, which products will be the main novelties and products at the event, and what will be the primary focus? Will you be presenting any new products, game concepts, or mechanics?
Digitain is delighted to attend SAGSE Latam. It has always been an excellent show for our team to attend and meet with our existing partners and welcome new partners to the Digitain family.
At the show, we shall be showcasing and demonstrating our award-winning, GLI-certified iGaming Platform, Centrivo.
Centrivo is a modular, adaptable, highly flexible, and customer-focused solution for the Latam market. As a business, we fully understand the requirements of our partners to localize the brand and, likewise, the technology.
It is essential to have a custom and unique approach – partners will have all of this with Centrivo, including multiple templates, color and shape changes in the User Interface, Dynamic Rules Management, System notifications, Cashier module, Bonus Management, and more for any market in the Latam region.

Deemed the leading gaming industry event in Latin America, what are your expectations and objectives for the expo? What impact could the event have in terms of networking and on the company’s business strategy?
Firstly, the show is always a pleasure to attend. It is well-organized, friendly, and fun to follow. Latam is a growing market for Digitain and has been for the last few years. Given our knowledge of the market, we expect growth to continue in the near term and that our technology is flexible to meet market conditions today, tomorrow, and in the future.
What are the company’s key goals and expectations for the event and main target markets? What markets will you focus on at the expo?
Our key goals are to meet with our existing partners in person, build relationships, and discuss their commercial and business requirements. The second part of attending is meeting prospective new partners, listening closely to their aims, and formulating collaboration requirements. Listening is a vital skill and component of the Digitain mantras to ensure we continue to excel in our commercial goals for partners.

What are your expectations for 2023? Do you plan to release any new products or services for a specific market in the coming months?
Digitain is committed to a multi-jurisdictional licensing and certification strategy. Our roadmap is hectic for the remainder of the year as we seek additional licenses and certifications for our solutions to facilitate our global expansion plans.
On the product level, we shall continue to offer more functionality and efficiencies using AI and automation around risk management to improve margins. From a payment perspective, Paydrom is our payment gateway that allows the best global and local solutions coverage, which shall continue to be enhanced for our partners for revenue management and control.
What other events are on the agenda for the company this year?
We shall be attending over 10 shows this year, including Peru Gaming Show, SiGMA Americas, SBC Summit Latin America, iGBLive, SBC Summit Barcelona, and SiGMA Europe for the business. 2023 will be a busy year with a lot of Airmiles collected by our teams.
