Gaming products manufacturer and distributor SUZOHAPP is participating for the first time at the European Lotteries (EL) Congress & Tradeshow, set to take place on June 4-7 in Šibenik, Croatia.
At this year’s event, SUZOHAPP will be introducing the IVT-9000, a new instant ticket vending machine for lottery operators. Equipped with a 32″ full HD Elo touch monitor, the IVT-9000 has a flexible software platform and multiple dispenser options.
In addition to product selection, its large monitor can display any kind of multimedia and promotional content to deliver engaging lottery player experiences “in any retail environment,” notes the company.
“As retail moves towards self-service, and staffing becomes more difficult, we believe the solution is set to redefine the customer experience by automating the purchase process,” says Tim Kennedy, Vice President of Sales, Europe.
“We have worked with our partner Microhard to develop this new scratch ticket vending machine and we are extremely proud of this result. We are sure that this new solution will increase lottery revenue streams by attracting new lottery players in retail installations.”
Along with the ITV-9000, additional highlights of SUZOHAPP’s showcase include an over-the-counter terminal, the SBT-OTC, as well as a selection of Custom printing solutions.
