In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, Alan Burak, Vice-President of SAGSE (South American Gaming Suppliers Expo), revealed the dates chosen for the next editions of the traditional Latin American exhibition.
Seeking a global collaboration approach with the sector’s main events, SAGSE officially presented its International Events Agenda, in order to complement its activities with the most prestigious tradeshows in the world, such as ICE and G2E.
“For more than 32 years, SAGSE has been coordinating its calendar according to the most important events in the world, and this year we decided to announce our 2024 and 2025 dates, thinking of those companies that will join us again and that need more time to organize their international traveling,” explained Burak.
Thus, the organizers announced that the next edition of SAGSE Latam will be held on March 20 and 21, 2024, at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel and the following year it will return on March 19 and 20, 2025.
“These dates have been carefully selected to align with internationally renowned events, allowing exhibitors and attendees to plan their participation in multiple strategic exhibitions,” Burak noted.
“We seek to return to the harmony and elegance of the international trade show calendar, which we have been able to carry forward with these events until the onset of the pandemic, and we firmly believe that the industry requires coordination and respect among trade show organizers to ensure an offering that lives up to exhibitors’ expectations,” Burak added.
“In an important agreement for the industry and the sector’s agenda, SAGSE has signed the necessary contracts with the Hilton Hotel and Convention Center in Puerto Madero, one of the most emblematic venues in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This venue will once again provide us with an exceptional environment for the exhibition, and its modern facilities will once again be ideal for exhibitors and participants,” he said.
“SAGSE Latam is always a reference in the region’s gaming industry, and now we are taking our approach one step further by coordinating our International Events Agenda with other world-renowned events,” the organizer stated.
“The tacit strategic partnership with ICE London 2024, ICE Barcelona 2025, and G2E Las Vegas, demonstrates our commitment to offer our community a world-class experience and establish meaningful global connections,” he explained.
It should be noted that SAGSE Latam is recognized for bringing together industry leaders, encompassing products and services for the land-based and online segment, sports betting, lotteries, suppliers, operators, and regulators from all over Latin America and the world.
“With this coordinated International Events Agenda, SAGSE seeks to further increase its global reach, and provide an unparalleled platform for the exchange of knowledge, innovation, and business opportunities in the gaming industry,” the event organizers emphasized.
According to the announcement, those interested in participating in SAGSE Latam 2024 and 2025 will find “a dynamic and enriching event, which will cover key topics such as technology, regulation, trends and investment opportunities in the region”.
