Sports technology provider Sportradar announced Wednesday that the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has granted its US betting subsidiary, Sportradar Solutions LLC, a Temporary Sports Wagering Services License for the Bluegrass State. Legal in-person sports betting will be available in Kentucky beginning on September 7, and online betting on September 28.

Sportradar now holds 47 licenses, or equivalent, in North America across US states, territories, tribes, and Canada, providing its services to a wide range of clients operating within these jurisdictions, while also “advancing transparency and integrity, and delivering accurate sports data to sanctioned sports betting and gaming agencies.”

Last week, the company announced that Gerard Griffin, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will participate in two conferences in September, including Citi’s 2023 Global Technology Conference and Bank of America’s Annual Gaming and Lodging Conference.

Additionally, the company has reaffirmed its annual outlook, with projected growth of 24% to 26% for revenue and 25% to 33% for Adjusted EBITDA for the entire year.
