iGaming industry software and business solutions provider Slotegrator will be exhibiting its products from November 13 to 17 at the SiGMA Europe Summit in Malta. Among the innovations taking center stage at stand 1133 are the company’s online casino platform and Telegram Casino, a mobile solution that was first presented by Slotegrator in 2017 and updated in 2022.
Visitors to the event will be able to learn more about the latest updates to Slotegrator’s online casino platform:
- Casino Builder module: enhances the user experience and gives operators complete control over their project’s front end.
- Risk management module: provides added security, while the KYC module streamlines player verification. The Artificial BI module offers real-time data for informed decision-making.
- ChatGPT features have been integrated as a chatbot that can give operators instant insights.
- A multiplayer chat function enhances player interaction and retention.
- Moneygrator: Unifies various payment systems into a single application, providing visitors with a seamless online payment experience.
- Anti-fraud model: The company will debut a new system that utilizes a color-coded risk scale that allows operators to set risk levels. The risk segmentation further differentiates between financial and behavioral risks, enabling operators to implement targeted measures such as alerts, bonus restrictions, or player prohibitions. It gives operators more control over the players.
- Player segmentation module: It now offers improved customization options, as operators can group players based on various criteria, including gender, age, and region, providing more tailored gaming experiences and personalized marketing efforts. There will be a chance to evaluate its updated user-friendly interface.
Slotegrator will also showcase the Telegram Casino, an online gambling platform integrated within the well-known messaging app. In addition, Slotegrator will unveil a referral program, enabling players to manage their referrals and receive rewards for bringing in new leads. The program provides a dashboard for players to monitor their progress.
