Merkur has announced its participation in the Balkan Entertainment & Gaming Expo (BEGE), to be held at the Sofia Inter Expo Center in Bulgaria, November 22 – 23. One of the most significant gaming B2B events in Eastern Europe, BEGE traditionally wraps up the exhibition calendar attracting the presence of hundreds of professionals from the sector. In 2022, the fair attracted 85 exhibitors and about 5,000 visitors from over 60 countries – numbers that the fair’s organizers hope to surpass this year.
In partnership with sister business GeWeTe, which specializes in cash handling technologies, and Merkur eSolutions, the company will showcase a booth packed with gaming attractions and novelties.
Merkur will present a trio of linked progressive jackpot systems at the expo: Link Zone 2, Solar Link, and Five. Attendees will be able to check out the company’s gaming cabinets, both established models and newer ones.
At booth 3.16, the Avantgarde Max, Avantgarde Trio, and Allegro Trio will be displayed, together with the Zonic Trio. The Zonic models feature instantly interchangeable side panels that can change their appearance, in situ, on the gaming room.
Completing the BEGE product display are the Merkur Mystery 2 and Merkur multigame collections.
Athanasios Isaakidis
Athanasios “Sakis” Isaakidis, Merkur Gaming’s CEO International, expressed satisfaction with returning to Sofia once again: “We are all very much looking forward to being leading exhibitors once again at BEGE. It is always a very friendly event, one that keeps us very busy with customers from the show’s opening to its conclusion and one where we have always been extremely successful.
“Winter, and the close of 2023, is coming shortly, so if it is not too early, I want to thank all of our customers and business partners for putting their trust in the Merkur brand once again and we look forward to seeing you all in 2024.”
