Hard Rock International is partnering with Major Food Group (MFG) “to develop and curate dining experiences” at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino properties around the globe. MFG’s support of Hard Rock will extend to proposed projects as well.
Through the strategic partnership with Hard Rock, MFG will act in an advisory role to curate new food and beverage programming at existing integrated resort locations such as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa, and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City.
In addition, MFG will support restaurant concept creation for Hard Rock properties in development like Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Athens.

Hard Rock noted that the partnership builds upon the ongoing collaborative efforts between the two hospitality brands following the CARBONE residency at Cipresso at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood in December.
The CARBONE residency was part of a series of exclusive events at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. Crafted by chef Mario Carbone, the pop-up restaurant paid homage to New York’s Italian-American cuisine.
“The incredible dining experience was part of the New Era in Gaming for Florida celebration marking Seminole Gaming’s historic launch of Craps, Roulette, and Sports Betting at six properties across the state,” HRI said.
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood hosted the main ceremony, while similar events unfurled at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and Seminole Classic Casino in Hollywood, celebrating the addition of craps, roulette, and sports betting as a result of the gaming compact reached by the Seminole Tribe and the State of Florida in 2021.
