Station Casinos bids farewell to one of its longstanding executives as Bob Finch, Chief Operating Officer of Red Rock Resorts, announced his retirement after 40 years with the company, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.

Despite stepping down, Finch will continue to work for the company during a transition period until July 31, maintaining his base salary of $650,000 and receiving a prorated bonus for the months worked in the current year.

Red Rock Resorts, the publicly traded parent company of the renowned locals casino chain, has appointed Kord Nichols to assume the role vacated by Finch. Nichols previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations and also held the position of General Manager at the Graton hotel-casino in northern California. Effective March 3, Nichols’ base salary will increase to $750,000, as outlined in the filing.

Mark Tricano, the former President of luxury resort Fontainebleau Las Vegas, has been selected to succeed Nichols as Senior Vice President of Operations. Tricano returns to the locals casino operator, having previously served as General Manager of Red Rock hotel-casino from 2012 to 2015.
