The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City celebrated its sixth anniversary by donating $6,000 each to six local organizations. The recipients include the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, Jewish Family Services, Covenant House, Hope One, the ARC of Atlantic County, and AC Pride.
“While music is a part of Hard Rock’s DNA, philanthropy is a part of our soul. Since opening in 2018, Hard Rock Atlantic City has made intentional efforts to keep our charitable giving local, ensuring the residents of Atlantic City are our number one beneficiary,” George Goldhoff, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, said in a statement.
“We are thrilled to announce yet another effort to impact our community as we recognize and celebrate six deserving charities who provide resources to some of the most vulnerable and underserved members of our local community,” he added.
To mark its sixth anniversary on June 28, Hard Rock staff packed 600 birthday-themed food boxes for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. The celebrations also feature entertainment, fireworks, and casino promotions.
From June 21 to June 26, Hard Rock Atlantic City will host a $600,000 Holiday Bonus Free Play event. Players can win $100,000 in Bonus Free Play each day. Winners will be selected every 30 minutes from 5 to 7:30 p.m., with additional winners announced at 8 p.m. On June 28, comedian Dave Chappelle will perform two shows at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena.
The North Beach Atlantic City Fireworks Celebration will take place on June 28 at 9:30 p.m., featuring a display by Fireworks by Grucci. The event is free and open to the public.
