Earlier this month, iGB L!VE gathered key players in the iGaming industry in Amsterdam for a last time, ahead of the event’s planned relocation to London in 2025. Attendees explored the latest trends in the sector at this year’s conference, which marked the biggest edition of the show so far, driven by a 40% year-on-year increase in registrations and a new record 21,000 square meters of gross space occupied.
Among the companies participating this time around was iGaming content provider BGaming, which took the opportunity to connect with clients, highlight new games and marketing tools, and even host a special event, the Champions Lounge, in partnership with Crypto Processing.
To learn more about what iGB L!VE meant for the company and what’s on the horizon for the provider, Yogonet held an exclusive interview with BGaming CEO Marina Ostrovtsova.
BGaming participated at the iGB L!VE expo this month, held for the last time in Amsterdam before its relocation to London starting next year. What are your main takeaways from this event?
To be honest, the iGaming events in general have really stepped up this year, intensifying their marketing activities and bringing more people. Despite these changes, the core focus on networking remains the same.
This year’s iGB L!VE felt much grander and larger compared to previous ones, with the affiliate zone being particularly impressive. There were so many bustling attendees, and the atmosphere was buzzing with networking energy. I’m sure BGaming is about to see an exciting new chapter for iGB L!VE in London.
Which topics dominated the conversation across the event? What were attendees most interested in learning about, both in regards to BGaming’s products and the iGaming industry in general?
I met numerous new faces in the industry who showed great interest in all aspects, from exhibitions to game development. The focus for many iGaming market players remains on game development and, of course, regulations — how we can cope with all the new forms of restrictions.
As for BGaming, this time, we were more focused on connecting with our existing clients instead of searching for new ones, thanks to our significant growth in integrations and partnerships over the past year. Our booth was designed to be cozy and inviting, perfect for productive meetings with our partners.
Visitors were interested in BGaming’s new games and marketing tools, such as Drops and Challenges, which have been very successful on many platforms. Overall, there was a lot of excitement about the new ways we’re engaging players and improving their gaming experience.

BGaming’s products are live in several markets across the world. This presence keeps expanding, for instance, with this month’s debut in Bulgaria. What can you tell us about BGaming’s approach to expansion?
We’re growing actively in various markets, and it’s exciting to see BGaming entering new places. While I can’t dive into all the details about BGaming’s development plans, I can share that our games have recently launched in Armenia, Belgium, and Switzerland.
We’re also looking forward to getting our certifications for the Netherlands soon, hopefully within a month. So, iGB L!VE in Amsterdam was a great opportunity to meet local operators here. We also had a chance to connect with clients from the new markets, such as Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Germany.
Overall, BGaming is all about understanding each market’s needs and building strong relationships with local operators and players. This helps us find the best opportunities and customize our games to fit different preferences.
During the event’s week, BGaming hosted a private event in collaboration with Crypto Processing. What can you tell us about this initiative?
At BGaming, we’re always looking to make offline exhibitions memorable, creating unique experiences that blend excitement and emotion for our clients. A great example of this is our past collaborations with local artists, which have always added a special touch to our event presence.
This time, during iGB L!VE in Amsterdam, we took things up a notch by partnering with Crypto Processing to host a truly special event — the Champions Lounge. This event was a game-changer, setting a new standard for client gatherings.
We chose the serene and iconic Formula 1 venue, Circuit Zandvoort, which provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. It was an ideal setting for our guests to unwind, engage in meaningful conversations, and simply enjoy the moment.
One of the standout highlights of the event was the opportunity for our guests to ride with an experienced driver on the legendary track, the same one graced by Formula 1 stars like Max Verstappen. It was really a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Our vision was to organize an event that was both unique and warmly memorable. From the engaging late-night show featuring Crypto Processing and BGaming CEOs, Max Krupyshev and me, to the exciting gift giveaways, we aimed to provide an extraordinary experience for our clients, partners, and colleagues. And I believe we did just that perfectly.
How important are offline events for BGaming, and what role do industry events fulfill for the company? Any future exhibition you are planning to attend next?
Offline events are crucial for networking, meeting current clients, and forming new connections. They’re all about communication and showcasing what companies offer, with clients being the primary focus.
At BGaming, we truly value our partners and see their successes as our own. We understand that in both B2B and B2C markets, success depends on customer satisfaction and trust. While digital interactions are convenient, face-to-face meetings at offline events bring a personal touch that’s hard to achieve online. So, offline events help us engage directly, get instant feedback, and enhance BGaming’s visibility, all while strengthening our client relationships in a meaningful way.
With this in mind, we’re excited about our upcoming visit to the SBC Summit in Lisbon with a stand. We hope to replicate the success we’ve enjoyed at other major iGaming events. After that, we’re looking forward to attending SiGMA Europe in Malta and sending a delegate team to the Entertainment Arena Expo 2024 in Romania. We can’t wait to connect with everyone and continue building those valuable relationships.
