In a move aimed at improving customer experience, two locals casinos in Henderson’s Water Street District have merged their loyalty programs, effective immediately.
The Emerald Island and Rainbow Club casinos announced on Monday the integration of their player rewards programs into a single system, now known as Club Jewel. This decision comes in response to customer feedback from patrons who frequent both locations.
Guests holding a Rainbow Club Casino loyalty card will be issued a new number under the Club Jewel system. Those with loyalty cards from both casinos will see their points consolidated and will enjoy uniform redemption rates across all affiliated dining options.
Tim Brooks, General Manager of the casinos, said: “It has always been a top priority to listen attentively to the feedback from our valued guests, and today marks a significant milestone in our commitment to their satisfaction. The result of our efforts in this consolidation not only simplifies the gaming experience but also highlights our dedication to enhancing every aspect of each guest’s interactions with us.”
Under the new Club Jewel program, players will benefit from increased multipliers at the Rainbow Club, with points earned contributing to a new tier status. Monthly mailers with complimentary meals will now offer options at either Emerald Island Grille or Rainbow Club’s Triple B each week.
The two casinos are managed by ECL Hospitality Management, led by Marc Falcone and Ronald Winchell, who acquired the properties earlier this year. Tim Brooks, previously the owner, now oversees daily operations as General Manager.
