The G2E Asia gaming trade show and conference will return to Macau earlier than usual in 2025, with organizer Reed Exhibitions (RX) announcing that the event will be held from May 7 to 9 at The Venetian Macao

The Macau event, branded G2E Asia and Asian IR Expo 2025, “aims to offer a full-scale experience with comprehensive opportunities across the gaming, entertainment, and integrated resorts industries throughout Asia,” stated the organizers in the announcement.

The announcement marks a shift in the event’s traditional schedule and comes on the heels of its first full-sized Macau show since pre-COVID in June of this year. The latest edition attracted about 6,300 attendees, with over 65% of them being international visitors.

The show also spanned 22,000 square meters and featured more than 100 exhibitors. “The significant turnout underscores the global gaming industry’s appetite for innovation and the continued potential within the sector,” added the statement.

In addition to the Macau dates, RX has also revealed plans to bring G2E Asia back to the Philippines for the first time in six years. A two-day expo is scheduled for December 10 and 11, 2025, at the Manila Marriott Hotel, part of the Newport World Resorts casino complex, marking a significant return to the Filipino market.

Further details regarding the 2025 events in both Macau and the Philippines have yet to be disclosed.

G2E Asia, organized by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions, has been a key platform for the Asian gaming entertainment industry since its inception in 2007, providing opportunities for networking, product sourcing, and market insights.
