Casino entertainment giant MGM Resorts International announced that it has been named a Pinnacle Inclusion Index company in the 2024 Seramount Inclusion Index.
“Renowned as the preeminent organizational thought leaders to share best practices and develop innovative solutions for cultural change, Seramount’s recognition underscores MGM Resorts’ commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive workplace across its operations,” the company said.
“We are honored to be recognized for our commitment to cultivating an inclusive culture of belonging and opportunity at MGM Resorts,” said Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer Jyoti Chopra. “This designation highlights how deeply our core values are embedded in our approach to empowering and supporting our people.”
Twenty-nine organizations were recognized this year as Pinnacle Inclusion Index Companies, with MGM Resorts achieving this ranking for the second year in a row. This highest-rated tier is awarded to organizations that excel in three key areas: effective practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups; fostering an inclusive corporate culture including leadership accountability; and demographic workforce diversity.
This year, 160 organizations applied to the 2024 Seramount Inclusion Index. The results provide metrics needed to understand trends and opportunities in demographic representation, create a road map to drive internal change, and identify solutions to close any gaps.
MGM prepares for 2024’s F1 race in Vegas
Earlier this month, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, operated by MGM Resorts, announced The Boulevard Experience, a multiple-day watch party atop the Boulevard Pool during the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024, set to be held November 21-23.
New for this year’s race, the three-day experience will be held at The Cosmopolitan’s transformed Boulevard Pool, highlighted by a closed-circuit viewing of the live Las Vegas Grand Prix TV feed.
