International Game Technology PLC (IGT) has been named FanDuel Sportsbook‘s exclusive retail sports betting platform provider in North America for four additional years, the gaming technology supplier announced on Thursday.
Under the renewed multi-year agreement, IGT PlaySports and FanDuel group will team up for retail wagering through 2028, with IGT renewing its position as the brand’s exclusive platform provider starting September 1, 2024.
IGT PlaySports and FanDuel have worked together since 2019, when FanDuel opened its first sportsbook in the U.S. at The New Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment in New Jersey.

IGT PlaySports technology is currently powering 27 FanDuel Sportsbooks across 20 gaming jurisdictions.
