On Saturday, October 5, Yogonet Brazil will celebrate its first anniversary.

Twelve months ago, a new team of journalists joined the editorial board of Yogonet Latinoamérica and Yogonet International with the mission of producing content in Portuguese for executives, businesspeople, regulators, and other stakeholders interested in the gaming and betting sector.

During this period, a lot has happened in the country. The regulation of fixed-odds betting was approved, the casino legalization project has advanced, the market has grown and new challenges have emerged for the industry.

With a content-sharing partnership with BNLData, Yogonet Brazil fulfills its purpose of bringing quality information to the public. Changes in legislation, discussions in Congress, interviews with major market players, the launch of new products, innovations in the sector, combating match-fixing, and the defense of responsible gaming are some of the topics that are always present in the website’s daily coverage.

The website also covered the two biggest events that took place in Brazi this year: the SBC Summit Rio and the BiS SiGMA Americas. Another highlight was the nomination for the BiS Awards 2024 in the category of Best Media in the Sector.

Pablo Zuppi and Diego Fiz, Yogonet's directors

We are very pleased with the first assessment of the performance of our media for Brazil. We have grown, we have earned a place among our readers and we have been able to follow the growth of the market thanks to the daily work of a team of journalists who have been able to bring all the information to the Brazilian market, with the style and seriousness that have characterized us as a company for 22 years. To our team and to each of the readers who give meaning to our daily work, we can only say thank you for your trust. We hope to always live up to your expectations,” highlighted Pablo Zuppi, director of Yogonet.

Yogonet Brazil also has a free newsletter service for subscribers and promotional channels on the main social networks, which guarantees a wider reach of content.

None of this would have been possible without the unconditional support from the readers of Yogonet, who give meaning to the reporting work, or without the advertisers, who allow us to sustain this new project.

May this be the first of many anniversaries for Yogonet Brazil as a source of information for this dynamic and important industry.
