MGM Resorts International, the Las Vegas Strip’s largest casino operator, has announced an increase in resort and parking fees across its properties. The revised fees, effective from 10 a.m. on December 4 in all of its properties on and along the resort corridor, mark the first adjustment since January.

Resort fees at MGM’s premier properties, Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, and The Cosmopolitan, will rise by $5, bringing the daily charge to $55. Other properties, including MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Park MGM, Nomad, and The Signature, will now charge $50 per day, with increases ranging from $5 to $8. New York-New York, Luxor, and Excalibur will see their daily resort fees increase by $3 to $8, reaching $45.

Resort fees cover a range of amenities such as in-room Wi-Fi, fitness center access, digital newspaper downloads via PressReader, domestic phone calls, and streaming services like Paramount+ with Showtime On Demand. MGM stated that pricing decisions consider both local and national marketplace standards, evolving offerings, and the competitive landscape in Las Vegas and other markets.

Parking fees are also set to rise. Self-parking rates for visitors will increase to $20 on weekdays, up from $18, and $25 on weekends, up from $23. Hotel guests using self-parking will pay a flat $20 daily, up by $2. Valet parking will be standardized at $40 across all MGM properties, replacing the current variable pricing that ranges between $25 and $40 depending on location and timing.

Certain segments remain exempt from these increases. MGM Rewards members at the pearl tier or above will continue to receive complimentary self-parking, with valet parking available at no charge for gold tier members or higher.

The MGM Rewards Military & Veterans Program (MVP) offers free parking for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their spouses. Locals with valid Nevada identification will also retain their benefit of up to three hours of free parking.
