DR Gaming Technology (DRGT), a provider of casino management systems and jackpot technology, showcased its portfolio at the debut edition of ICE in Barcelona, unveiling a suite of next-generation web-based applications designed to enhance casino floor management and player engagement.
The event, held at Fira Gran Via in late January, marked ICE’s inaugural edition in Barcelona, drawing exhibitors and industry leaders from around the world. DRGT’s prime booth location at stand 3D35 attracted high traffic, with visitors showing keen interest in the new applications, the company noted.
Jurgen De Munck, DRGT Executive Chairman, praised the event’s seamless execution, calling it a “phenomenal” experience.
“What Clarion delivered, at what for all intents and purposes was a green fields event for them, us as exhibitors, and the thousands of attendees at ICE Barcelona was phenomenal,” said De Munck. “Our booth location was prime, the dedicated halls for both us and our online colleagues worked a treat, as did the logistics prior to, during and after the show – a job very well done.”
CEO Marco Herrera shared similar enthusiasm, noting his initial concerns about the transition from ExCel London to Barcelona. “I was a little anxious to see how well the city, and of course the new venue, would manage to match up to what we had all become accustomed to at ExCel, London; and I was blown away,” Herrera said.
DRGT also hosted an invite-only customer event at 1881 per Sagardi, which Herrera described as “breath-taking.” He confirmed that plans for 2026 are already in motion.
At ICE 2025, DRGT showcased five key innovations, including three new software add-ons and two enhanced mobile applications aimed at providing casino operators and players with seamless, real-time gaming experiences.
- i.drServiceHub – A foundational tool supporting the company’s new drFloorManager and drAnalytics solutions. It allows operators to track and manage casino equipment, log significant events, and streamline EGM maintenance.
- drFloorManager – A real-time casino floor management tool that enables operators to monitor both gameplay and player activity remotely on any device.
- drAnalytics – Dubbed the “jewel” of DRGT’s reporting solutions, this tool provides detailed data insights, customizable KPI tracking, and interactive dashboards with pivot tables, charts, and trend indicators.
- drPlayerApp – An updated version of DRGT’s cashless gaming solution, now integrating enhanced loyalty, rewards, and promotional features powered by drAnalytics.
- drStaffApp – A brand-new real-time staff communication tool for casino employees, providing instant alerts on big wins, flagged player arrivals, AML exceptions, and gaming floor updates via end-to-end encrypted messaging.
According to Herrera, the most attention-grabbing products were drAnalytics and drStaffApp, both of which help operators personalize customer engagement and improve service efficiency.

Looking ahead, DRGT will showcase its technology at G2E Asia in Macau in May 2025, reinforcing its global expansion strategy. “We’re off to Macau in May and look forward to seeing one and all at G2E Asia in a couple of months,” added De Munck.
