From January 20 to 22, Barcelona was the setting for ICE 2025, the first to be held in the Mediterranean city. There, the main players in the sector gathered at an event that attracted thousands of attendees for three days.
Yogonet had an exclusive interview with Pablo Bonifacich, End2End‘s Business Development Manager, who shared his views on the company’s participation in the successful event in Barcelona.
What is your assessment of the recent edition of ICE Barcelona, an event that this year left behind its traditional venue in London and managed to attract a large number of visitors and exhibiting companies?
I would sum it up as impressive. On the one hand, the space and size allocated to the event were outstanding, allowing the deployment of truly impressive stands and making it possible to work comfortably, attracting a large number of completely different exhibitors.
On the other hand, the number of visitors with serious intentions to find out about the products and services offered has allowed us to make a large number of contacts with very high potential.
In conclusion, the outcome for End2End was extremely positive.
Which of the products presented by the company stood out the most at the event and how were they received by the customers who visited your stand?
As our slogan says, we are specialists in Multiplayer Bingo, which we are always improving, incorporating new features and functionalities that even make operators who already use it, rediscover it year after year.
With this product we are recognized worldwide, approaching interested parties from all continents, including regulators to learn and internalize the product, which has different certifications and approvals.
In addition, we are introducing new Lottery games that complement our product offering, always with a multiplayer mode, which requires highly specialized technical knowledge that allows tens of thousands of players in the same game, as is the case with some of our current customers, without having any impact on the user experience.
Alejandro Revich, CEO of End2End, at ICE Barcelona 2025
With this event, the industry starts in 2025. What trends do you consider, from what you have seen in the event, that will be the ones that will set the pulse of the gaming sector this year, and what are the main challenges you identify?
I understand that the major milestones, in addition to the introduction of technology such as AI tools for analysis and optimizing the user experience, and the massification of the use of crypto and blockchain, will be marked by the opening and regularization of markets. We already see what is happening in LATAM with Brazil and how beneficial it is for the country in terms of increased revenue and player care.
I think the challenge for End2End as for other suppliers will be to be up to the challenge. Not only in terms of adopting these technologies and/or accompanying these new markets but to do it with sufficient strength so that this growth does not affect the quality of products and services.
In End2End we are convinced that along with a first-class product, service is a distinctive feature and that is where we put a great effort, not only in launching a new operation but in working side by side with the operator, permanently, looking for new ways to improve the performance and profitability of the use of our products.
At the end of 2024, you announced your landing in the Czech Republic, associated with the Tipsport Group. What other expansion plans does the company have for 2025?
For 2025, our goal is to consolidate and grow in LATAM. The opening of the Brazilian market will be a trigger for this, but we are also moving forward with projects in other countries that we will be launching this year.
On the other hand, we are moving towards other markets. In fact, at the moment, in addition to the Czech Republic, together with a very important operator, we are in the process of approval with a regulator in Asia, where we expect to launch in the first half of the year, and we are also in close contact with other prospects in highly attractive markets.
