On the occasion of International Women’s Day, gaming solutions provider Win Systems reaffirmed its commitment to gender equity by highlighting the role of female leaders within the company and their impact on the gaming industry.
“In a traditionally male-dominated sector, Win Systems has been committed to empowering female talent across all areas, promoting opportunities for growth and leadership,” the company announced in a statement.
Female talent has been key to the company’s growth, Win Systems notes, with women taking on strategic roles in various departments, from technology and product development to sales and marketing. Many have advanced within the organization, “proving that female leadership is a fundamental part of Win Systems’ evolution and success.”
To commemorate the date, the company highlighted the testimony of some of its female employees who have developed a strong career within the organization. Among them, profiles such as MarĂa Olcese, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel stand out, who began her career at Win Systems 13 years ago and today holds a key position in the Legal department.
Olcese shared her experience: “At Win Systems, I have found an environment where talent and effort are recognized regardless of gender. Over the years, I have seen how the company has actively worked to promote the participation of women in leadership positions.”
Win Systems further noted that it not only seeks to highlight the role of its female leaders but also continuously works on initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.
Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, emphasized: “Talent has no gender, and at Win Systems, we are committed to creating opportunities for everyone to reach their full potential. We are proud to have female leaders who have made significant contributions to the growth of the company and the industry as a whole.”
“Win Systems reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, not only within the company but also as a key player in the transformation of the gaming industry. On this International Women’s Day, the company noted that it celebrates the achievements of its female leaders and continues to work towards fostering a more inclusive and diverse industry.”
