FanDuel TV has launched “The Comeback With Craig Carton,” a new show dedicated to raising awareness about problem gambling and recovery. Hosted by Craig Carton, FanDuel’s responsible gaming ambassador and FS1’s “Breakfast Ball” host, the series features candid interviews with individuals who have battled gambling addiction, aiming to destigmatize the issue and highlight the road to recovery.
“As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of gambling addiction, I understand the impact it can have on your life and the lives of those you care about,” Carton said. “The road to recovery isn’t easy, but I’ve committed myself to helping others who are facing similar struggles. My mission for this show is to inspire hope, offer support, and remind everyone that the path to regaining control starts with understanding.”
The first episode, now streaming on YouTube and FanDuel TV Extra, features an interview with former 11-year NBA veteran Randy Livingston, who shares his journey from gambling addiction to recovery. His wife, Anita Ondine Smith, also joins the discussion to provide insight into the warning signs she saw and how their marriage has grown stronger through the process.
Livingston and Smith recently became FanDuel responsible gaming ambassadors, launching “Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting”, a new resource hub aimed at helping parents, guardians, and coaches educate young people about gambling risks.
“Our hope for ‘The Comeback With Craig Carton’ is to raise awareness of problem gambling and foster open dialogue to tackle the stigma that still exists today,” said FanDuel Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Sustainability Cory Fox. “Whether those conversations are amongst friends, spouses, parents, or coaches, we want to educate our audience on what the warning signs are and be comfortable asking for help.”
In addition to sharing personal recovery stories, “The Comeback” will address key topics such as:

• Responsible gaming resources
New episodes will air monthly on Mondays at 10:00 AM ET on FanDuel TV Extra and stream on FanDuel’s YouTube channel. Fans can stay updated by subscribing to “The Comeback With Craig Carton” Substack for the latest interviews and resources.
Carton, a respected sports media personality and problem gambling advocate, became FanDuel’s first national responsible gaming ambassador in 2021. Since then, he has used his platform to lead initiatives such as the Responsible Gaming College Tour, aimed at educating students about gambling risks and available support.
