Inspired Entertainment reported a 2% year-over-year increase in full-year revenue for 2024, reaching $297.1 million, driven by strong performance in its Interactive gaming segment. Fourth-quarter revenue also rose 2%, climbing to $83 million from $81.2 million in Q4 2023.

We are pleased to report another quarter of robust performance in our Interactive segment, with revenue growing 45% year-over-year and Adjusted EBITDA more than doubling,” said Lorne Weil, Executive Chairman of Inspired Entertainment.

Inspired’s Interactive division saw the highest growth, with Q4 revenue surging 45% year-over-year to $11.6 million, up from $8 million the previous year. Full-year revenue in the segment increased 40%, reaching $39.3 million.

The company credited much of this success to growth in the UK, North America, and continental Europe, as well as the expansion of its Hybrid Dealer product line.

Inspired’s Hybrid Dealer strategy achieved major milestones, including the MGM Bonus City launch with BetMGM in Michigan; Hybrid Dealer Roulette‘s debut in Canada with Loto-Québec; bet365 becoming the first UK customer for Hybrid Dealer games; and plans to introduce Roulette 4 Ball Extra Bet in H2 2025.

The Gaming segment posted a 42% increase in Q4 Adjusted EBITDA, as the company improved its operational efficiency and revenue mix. Full-year Gaming segment EBITDA margins expanded by 260 basis points compared to 2023.

Inspired also reported progress on its partnership with William Hill, which includes the installation of 5,000 new Vantage gaming cabinets, set for completion by Q1 2025.

Despite challenges with a key customer, Inspired’s Virtual Sports segment saw high single-digit revenue growth from its broader customer base, largely driven by strong online performance.

The company is taking strategic steps to unify its product and platform teams across segments, while also focusing on new growth initiatives, including expansion into Brazil with a new gaming rollout, a licensing deal with the NHL to develop sports-themed gaming content, and extending its partnership with Aristocrat Interactive to provide V-Lottery Virtual Sports games for the Virginia Lottery.

Despite the recent headwinds, we remain confident in the long-term potential of this high-margin business, which continues to generate margins of over 70%,” Weil said of the Virtual Sports vertical.

The Leisure segment recorded 7% revenue growth, driven by increased Vantage deployments in pubs, bingo, and holiday park businesses. EBITDA margins in the segment improved due to cost optimizations.

The company also secured a long-term partnership extension with Moto Hospitality and Welcome Break, two of the UK’s largest motorway service operators.

Looking ahead, Inspired remains focused on expanding its digital gaming business, optimizing land-based operations, and pursuing new market opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

“The strong performance of our Interactive segment, improving profitability in Gaming, and our ongoing initiatives in Virtual Sports give us confidence in our ability to drive sustainable growth and create value for shareholders,” Weil concluded.
