The first day of SAGSE South America took place yesterday, March 19, at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, where the industry’s key players in Argentina and Latin America gathered.
During the morning, the conference program took place, with the presence of regulators, experts, and representatives of companies in the region, who addressed the latest trends and issues facing the gaming sector.

After noon and a networking cocktail for the guests, the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony took place. The authorities of the regulatory entities, including Ida López, president of ALEA and IPJyC of Mendoza, Jesús Acevedo (President of LOTBA), Gonzalo Atanasof (President of IPLyC of Buenos Aires), Lucas Apud Masín (President of Lotería Chaqueña), Cecilia Valdés (President of Asociación de Casinos de Juego de Chile), Alan Burak and Nora Rinaldi (responsible for SAGSE), among others.
In the afternoon, visitors strolled the aisles of the expo and visited the various booths, resulting in one of the most popular editions of SAGSE in recent years.
Today, Thursday, the exhibition floor is still open with the industry’s main supplier and manufacturer brands exhibiting their latest innovations, ready to welcome attendees and explore possible connections and alliances.
The day will culminate with the Great Gaming Gala at the Palermo Racetrack, an exclusive event for 150 VIP entrepreneurs in an iconic setting that will host the main players of the gaming industry in an evening that will offer networking, competitions, and awards.
