The Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance has issued new ordinances authorizing 12 more companies to operate 30 sports betting and online gaming platforms in the country. The licenses, which will remain valid until December 31, 2029, further establish the regulatory framework for Brazil’s expanding gaming market.
The list of approved operators includes several well-known brands such as Blaze, Betwarrior, Brazino777, and Betfast. These authorizations are granted under the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, in accordance with Decree No. 11,907, issued in January 2024.
Among the companies approved, Gamewiz Brasil LTDA received two separate ordinances authorizing its brands 9F, 6R, BET.APP, IJOGO, FOGO777, and P9 to operate in the virtual gaming sector.
Other approvals include Futuras Apostas LTDA, which secured authorization for its Brazino777 brand, and Fast Gaming S.A., which was granted approval for Betfast, Faz1Bet, and TivoBet.
Track Gaming Brasil LTDA received approval for Betwarrior, while Foggo Entertainment LTDA secured licenses for Blaze and Jonbet. Other companies such as Blow Marketplace LTDA and Gorillas Group do Brasil LTDA obtained permits for their respective brands, enabling them to operate in both physical and virtual formats.
With this latest round of authorizations, the SPA continues to refine the structure of Brazil’s regulated betting and gaming sector. Earlier regulatory efforts have focused on increasing oversight, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and curbing illegal gambling activities.
The newly authorized companies are now positioned to operate legally under the Brazilian regulatory framework. The ordinances follow ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Finance to formalize the sector, ensuring operators adhere to regulatory standards while providing consumers with legally sanctioned betting platforms.
