The Leaders in Compliance Conference, a new initiative by Gaming in Europe, has announced its first confirmed speakers for the May 8-9, 2025 event at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel.
Led by Willem Van Oort, the conference aims to provide knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities for compliance professionals in Europe’s regulated gambling industry.
The first confirmed industry experts set to speak at the event include:

The two-day event will cover a broad spectrum of compliance-related topics. Discussions will include licensing and regulatory frameworks, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, as well as marketing compliance.
Additionally, the agenda will explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in compliance, the importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, and the evolving regulatory landscape. A particular focus will be given to re-regulating markets, with insights into developments in Italy and Finland.
The conference will feature over 40 sessions, an official conference dinner, and more than 25 exhibitor stands, providing attendees with opportunities to connect with leading compliance experts and service providers.
