Training allows, in the case of dealers, for instance, to pick up new skills along the way and to learn more about what their jobs entail. Throughout the course, trainees undergo dexterity training to gain flexibility with their fingers for when it comes to dealing; learn how to properly spin the roulette ball correctly; are trained in customer service skills; and more.
