fficial data, technology and commercial firm Genius Sports announced Thursday that it has been granted a long term Online Sports Wagering Vendor Permit by the Wyoming Gaming Commission, as Wyoming’s sports betting launched on Wednesday.
Wyoming marks the 15th state in which Genius Sports is authorized to operate, powering official data, streaming and marketing solutions for sportsbooks and lotteries. The state is now the 23rd in the country to legalize sports betting.

Genius Sports had its license approved by the Wyoming Gaming Commission on the same day as its sportsbook partners DraftKings and BetMGM.
