Arthur officially took on the new position at Hard Rock Digital last month. He announced the appointment in a post on his LinkedIn page.
An experienced industry professional, Arthur joins after over more than four years with Flutter International division, part of Flutter Entertainment. Here, he served as vice-president of product and programme management in the US.
Prior to this, Arthur worked as associated director for product and programme management of sports at The Stars Group. This was prior to its acquisition by Flutter.
In addition, he spent eight years working in various roles across PokerStars, also now part of Flutter. These included senior product manager, product manager and payment services manager.
“I am incredibly excited to be taking on a new challenge with Hard Rock Digital as director of product operations,” Arthur said. “Ready to rock with some familiar faces and a talented team.”
Playtech backing for Hard Rock Digital
It has been a busy year for Hard Rock Digital, which in March announced a partnership with Playtech. This deal also saw Playtech take a minority stake in the business.
Under the wider arrangement, Hard Rock Digital is licensing a range of Playtech’s technology solutions and igaming content. This covers Playtech’s slots, random number generator and live dealer table games in the US and Canada.
Products are also being rolled out elsewhere, with Hard Rock Digital accessing additional software and services solutions from Playtech. This includes its IMS player management platform and certain ancillary services.
Hard Rock counts Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia among its core US markets.
