Churchill Downs Incorporated announced that Exacta has completed the installation of 175 terminals at The Brook in Seabrook New Hampshire, New Hampshire. Exacta, acquired by CDI in August 2023, is a provider of central system technology for historical racing machines (HRMs).
The Brook is a casino entertainment venue located in the easternmost part of the state, next to the Massachusetts border. The company says that the new Exacta-powered terminals feature top HRM gaming titles from leading manufacturers including Everi, AGS, Light & Wonder, IGT, and Incredible Technologies.

Last month, CDI announced plans to open gambling facility Owensboro Racing & Gaming in Kentucky in the first quarter of 2025. The property, located in eastern Daviess County, will feature 600 state-of-the-art historical racing machines, a retail sportsbook, simulcast wagering, and food and beverage options. This venture marks CDI’s seventh historical horse racing entertainment venue in the state.
