Online gaming company Rush Street Interactive (RSI), operator of the BetRivers brand, has been named Customer Services Operator of the Year at the EGR North America Awards 2024.

The EGR Awards recognizes top operators for their outstanding performance in the past year. Since the inception of the customer services category, RSI has secured the top spot every year for the past five years.

“To be selected as Customer Services Operator of the Year every year since EGR started presenting this important award category is an incredible honor. This award is validation of our strategy to build trustworthy long-term relationships with our players,” said Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI.

The winners were announced on June 27 at an awards ceremony held at Midtown Loft & Terrace in New York City

The award recognized RSI for its collaborative and communicative culture. The judges, made up of leaders in the gaming industry, considered innovation, customer satisfaction and impact on retention in naming RSI as the Customer Services Operator of the Year, the company said in a statement.
