Novomatic has recently held its annual NOVO Company Day, an event promoting health, nutrition, sports, exercise, and workplace safety. The event highlighted the company’s commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment for its employees.

In a speech, the Novomatic Executive Board highlighted the crucial role of employee well-being in achieving business success. They stated: “Novomatic’s success is inextricably linked to the health and satisfaction of our employees. This is why we believe looking after their well-being is a key pillar of our sustainable corporate development.”

Deputy Mayor Dagmar Händler of Gumpoldskirchen emphasized the company’s importance to the local community. “Novomatic is of great importance to the market town of Gumpoldskirchen, as the company not only creates a wide range of skilled jobs but also places a high value on the health and safety of its employees,” Händler said.

The event, aligning with the group-wide motto “Enjoy Working With Us,” included a presentation by Austria’s mental health expert Manuel Horeth, who engaged the audience with live experiments. The program featured health check-up stations and safety training sessions on using fire extinguishers and defibrillators.
