The SiGMA Europe event is one of the premier gatherings in the global iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors. Held annually in Malta, this year’s edition, to be held November 11 – 14, promises to draw a diverse range of participants, including top executives, developers, policymakers, and investors, all eager to explore the latest advancements and opportunities in gaming.
Among the companies exhibiting at this year’s show is iGaming solutions provider SOFTSWISS, which will be showcasing its latest innovations at Stand 2145. Ahead of the event, Yogonet held an exclusive interview with Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.
SOFTSWISS is set to participate in the upcoming SiGMA Europe Summit in Malta, one of the last major events of the year. How has the company prepared for this occasion, and what are your expectations for the show?
SiGMA Europe is one of the key events where SOFTSWISS can showcase our progress over the year. Our preparations have been intense and focused – we just wrapped up a review of our flagship products, such as the Game Aggregator, Sportsbook, Jackpot Aggregator, and Affilka. These products have all grown impressively lately, and we look forward to sharing their updates and success stories with the expo visitors.
I will be happy to tell the attendees about recent achievements regarding our Game Aggregator. Our platform became the largest content hub in the industry – it grew by almost 50% in a year and now features over 23,500 games. We have also secured several promising partnerships with prominent game studios, and even more are on the horizon.
We also improved jackpot opportunities by enhancing seamless integration with our Jackpot Aggregator and expanded the Tournament Tool functionality by adding crash and live games.
In short, at our stand, we will showcase how SOFTSWISS continually improves its products so that clients can ensure superior gaming experiences for their players.

Are there any global updates or new products you will highlight at the expo?
We’re incredibly excited to share our progress in new markets. First of all, I’m talking about securing certification in Brazil. But we’ve also made great strides in South Africa, where our Sportsbook, for example, now features a Horse Racing Module – it is a big step for SOFTSWISS in entering this promising market. We also recently launched Lotto and Retail betting offerings. There’s so much to talk about, and we can’t wait to connect with SiGMA Europe attendees.
What main novelties do these new solutions bring into your ecosystem, and what prompted the company to explore these new verticals?
The three new solutions represent our desire to provide our partners a more complete and diverse offering. The Lotto Software allows operators to tap into a very popular form of gaming by betting on hundreds of popular national lottery draws worldwide.
The Retail Betting Solution gives us a solid footing in the offline betting market, which has significant growth potential. Many players still perceive gambling activity as a special occasion and prefer going out rather than betting on the go.
The Horse Racing Module is something we’re particularly excited about. It’s our way of catering to a passionate audience with a deep connection to sports betting.
Our decision to explore these verticals was all about expanding the ecosystem and providing new revenue opportunities for our clients. So, introducing new products has become a logical embodiment of our core value: “We push for customer success”.
The company is returning to Malta with its “Grab Succes in iGaming” concept, which won the B2B Marketing Campaign category at the EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards. How does this slogan reflect SOFTSWISS’ proposition for the online gaming industry, and what can you tell us about how the company approaches brand storytelling?
Our “Grab Success in iGaming” campaign showcases the strength and resilience required to thrive in the iGaming industry. Of course, it aligns perfectly with SOFTSWISS’ core values. The Maltese crab became this campaign’s symbol for a reason – it represents tenacity and a never-give-up attitude. The crab’s grip symbolises the ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and achieve goals that the industry leaders own.
Through this symbol, we want to communicate that SOFTSWISS is about innovative products and creating strong partnerships. “Grab Success” means everyone can grab and hold their success, clinging to it with a death grip. We aim to help our partners make smart decisions and achieve their goals in the highly competitive iGaming landscape.
Practice showed that our approach has resonated with so many people – our marketing campaigns in Malta won the prestigious EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards for two years in a row.
The event will also see SOFTSWISS’ Vitali Matsukevich shed light on the theme of “How to choose a secure and safe crypto casino.” As a company that embraces innovation, how can SOFTSWISS help its partners navigate the crypto space, and what can attendees at the show learn from its experts in this area?
Innovation is at the core of our business, and the crypto realm is no exception. SOFTSWISS does its best to help its partners implement crypto solutions safely for operators and players.
Vitali Matsukevich’s talk will focus on the critical elements of running a secure crypto casino – from setting up reliable security protocols to navigating constantly evolving regulation compliance. We aim to ensure our partners can confidently enter the crypto space, knowing they have all the tools and support to protect their business and players.
It will be an exciting speech on an extremely hot topic, so we invite everyone at the show to join Vitali.
